Thanks a mill to Eibhear Walshe for a fab review of
NORA on Saturday’s Brendan O’Connor show on RTÉ Radio 1. Listen here. (Review starts about 10 minutes in.)
The panel also discusses Julia Parry’s
The Shadowy Third which I reviewed for Books Ireland magazine. An excellent read, one of my books of the year, for sure. My review of that is here.
Martina Devlin interviewed me about
NORA for the City of Books podcast, one of my fave literary pods. I really enjoyed this conversation with Martina, who is not just a great writer, but an accomplished journalist and podcast host too.
You can listen to our chat
here or wherever you get your podcasts.
You can now view the Galway launch of NORA at the wonderful Cúirt Festival on YouTube. Writer Elaine Feeney interviewed me and we had a grand chat about Nora and James Joyce’s relationship, the novel, and more.
The Cúirt Festival, and NORA, featured on RTÉ’s Six One news, with Western correspondent Pat McGrath. View the report
I was interviewed for World Radio Paris by Patricia Killeen. You can listen
Kernan Andrews interviewed me for
The Galway Advertiser ahead of my Cúirt appearance on Friday at 5.30pm. Read it here.
A beautiful review of
NORA by Laura King in Books Ireland. Read it here.
You can listen to me talking about NORA to Seán Rocks on
Arena here now. It’s a Cúirt Literature Festival special and I am the first guest on so no slooshing through the programme required!
Cúirt event is on Friday 23rd April at 5.30pm, when I speak with the glorious Galway girl Elaine Feeney. We filmed at Ashford Castle. Book for free or pay-what-you want here.
John Walshe has given NORA a good review in today’s
Sunday Business Post. (Despite the photo caption, that is not Nora with JJ, but Lucia.)
